|Recommended: YesRecommendations — I would highly recommend updating the gym equipment, the rubber has fallen off the 50lb and 60lb dumbells causing the weight to be unevenly distributed between them which could be hazardous, also meaning there is not protection for the metal hitting the floor causing damage to the gym floor.
I would also recommend adding more lounge chairs to the pool area considering how busy it often is.

|Recommended: YesThe Residences — This is a great complex. However, there have been tenants who are smoking cigarettes and weed in their units and on their patios which makes the entire floor smell. It seeps into your unit too. The property staff doesn’t enforce this despite it being in the rental agreement that this is a smoke free complex. As long as you’re not asthmatic or have compromised lungs, this is a great place to live

|Recommended: YesStronger, more involved commUNITY events — I love living here the leasing office and maintenance staff are so involved. I am so grateful for all the hardwork. I highly recommend living here, especially for the amenities. The amenities of this complex completely stands out, and the longer people live here, the more involved they are becoming.
I would love to see more community involvement with the app update with residents using the classifieds and clubs section. I would love to create a community garden by the pool, have fitness classes in the gym, family friendly pool parties, and campfire outside movie on the lawn type of events.
It would be fun to come up with a team of residences that plan host events for monthly newsletters. Summer events like these can lead to such a strong giving, and friendly community for a 2026 Holiday season.
